JUST FOR TODAY

4 minute morning meditation with music by Ean J

‘Just For Today’ is an inspiring piece of prose written by Dr. Frank Crane in 1921 and now recreated in visual and musical form by Ean J in 2020.

Dr. Crane was a Presbyterian minister (1861-1928) popular at the time for writing 4-minute essays about positive thinking, of which ‘Just For Today’ was to become his most recognised work.

A century later and ‘Just For Today’ is probably being used more than ever in a variety of spiritual environments including numerous Fellowships practicing the 12-step program of recovery.
